Partnering with WAKE to Empower Ukrainian Women in the Baltics

In May 2025, Ukreate Hub proudly partnered with WAKE (Women’s Alliance for Knowledge Exchange) to co-create and deliver Tech2Empower for Ukraine – a transformative week of collaboration, learning, and empowerment held in Vilnius, Lithuania.

This year’s program included two powerful initiatives:
The Impact Challenge, where Baltic-based, women-led NGOs supporting displaced Ukrainian communities worked side-by-side with WAKE’s expert Tech2Empower Advisors to strengthen their strategies and services.

The Day for Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs, which brought together over 50 beginner entrepreneurs for a day of interactive workshops on business, tech, and leadership skills – and left everyone with a renewed sense of sisterhood and possibility.

We are especially grateful to WAKE for inviting us into this meaningful journey – from co-design to delivery. It has been a privilege to support their mission and to grow alongside such a values-driven, action-oriented team.

We also co-hosted a special session with Western Union Lithuania, where Advisors shared insights on networking for business and the role of AI in modern entrepreneurship – extending the impact even further.
