Call for lecturers for the U(in)Power women’s entrepreneurship program

Ukreate Hub is looking for experienced lecturers to participate in a women’s entrepreneurship program U(in)Power, which aims to support Ukrainian women entrepreneurs in Lithuania. We create a space for developing business skills, sharing knowledge, and building a community of entrepreneurs who seek socio-economic integration and financial independence.
About the program
The U(in)Power program includes a series of lectures, workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events held in a mixed format: offline (in Vilnius) and online. The program enables participants to formulate their business idea from validation to implementation.
The main training modules for which we are looking for experts are:
- Business idea development, validation and expansion.
- Understanding customer needs and market relevance.
- Networking and building business relationships.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in entrepreneurship and/or business consulting.
- Experience in developing and conducting trainings.
- Ability to adapt complex concepts to different levels of audience preparation.
- Ability to deliver trainings in Ukrainian or Russian.
- Proficiency in interactive teaching methods that promote participant engagement (gamification, practical exercises, group tasks) is an advantage.
- Experience working with migrant women or in socially-oriented projects will be an advantage.

Additional information
- Training modules can be conducted offline or online, depending on your availability.
- Lecturers are required to prepare lecture materials in Ukrainian or Russian, including homework assignments for program participants.
- Most lectures are scheduled to be held weekly, on Thursdays from 16:00 to 20:00.
- Offline lectures will be held in Vilnius.
- In the application indicate whether you have individual activity certificate (individualios veiklos pažymėjimas) and if yes, please attach together with the application.
