U(in)Power to Represent Lithuania at the European Enterprise Promotion Awards 2025
We are proud to announce that Ukreate Hub’s U(in)Power programme has been selected to represent Lithuania at the European Enterprise Promotion Awards 2025 (EEPA) in the category “Improving the Business Environment and Supporting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship.”
A Programme Born from Resilience
U(in)Power was created with a simple but powerful belief: women forced to flee war are not victims — they are visionaries.
Over for two waves (in 2024 and in 2025) and four months of training in each, mentorship, and community building, the programme supported 60 Ukrainian women in Lithuania as they took their first steps into entrepreneurship. From business ideation to pitching to investors, each participant left with something more than a plan: a voice, a network, and the confidence to act.
This recognition from Lithuania’s Ministry of Economy and Innovation (EIMIN) is not only a milestone. It is a testament to what becomes possible when inclusion meets innovation.
Recognition Beyond Borders
We are especially proud that a programme created by and for displaced women is now being recognized on the European level — as a model of resilience, agency, and shared growth.
This achievement reflects the spirit of U(in)Power: building more than businesses, but also communities of support and long-term impact.
